i added anti fungus and finrot to my new aquarium witch has no fish in?

unfortunatlly i forgot i had to put the anti fungus and finrot controll into warm water and i acidently just pored it in the tank do i have 2 empyty all the water and put fresh water in now that i ahve done that#?
please help

No, it should be fine for now. As you have no fish in the tank you don't really have to worry about over doses or the like until you are ready to put fish into the tank.

Just do a 50% or so water change and run carbon in the filter for a day before adding any fish.
