The real story is I got them off the Island. The media used the word rescued. I didn't rescue any of them. I set the Island on fire and they all swam as far as they could. Sorry they all drowned.

rescuing them was the easy part, the hard part was rescuing them, eh he he he. it was quite a bit of work. I had to let them on my back one at a time and fly seven round trips across the ocean.
by the way, I think you forgot to say, "thank God you're here." like in the show: Thank God You're Here.
have you seen it? it's pretty good, pretty funny. basically they put people in scenes they know nothing about and they have to improvise through it.

well...5 of them drowned in the quick sand while looking for materials to build a boat and gilligan witnessed the entire thing but couldn't save them because the twig branch that he used to pull them up broke:( ginger also survived because she was in her room putting on make-up and fixing her hair.we used ginger's huge suitcases as make-shift boats.coincidentally, she had 3 of them, so we each sat in one and the ocean waves carried us to shore.gilligan and i climbed up the coconut trees and fetched coconuts for food on our journey while ginger packed her own luggage.

I had Murdock fly me there in a CH-46 Sea Knight chopper and we just picked up the goofy bastards. Wasn't that difficult really. Mrs. Howell was really making Hannibal mad so he had to throw her out into the Pacific.

I went to the set (the island) with my boat, the director said thats a rap, and they boarded my boat and I took them back to the studio.

wasn't easy finding them they were all on a tiny island and I had a hard time landing my 747 no runways but it all worked out in the end. Came home and enjoying their lives.
