Women who haven't yet garnered a since of her own self worth will tolerate getting less in a relationship than she needs to but I think this list is a bit umm sparse and doesn't take into account the myriad of reasons why women would end up in bad relationships.

Manipulation is definitely the most common, and not as obvious as those you listed. My father-in-law is praised by most people for being so kind and helpful to my mother-in-law, but I see him as a controller. He goes everywhere and does everything with her. He won't let her shop for groceries alone or drive anywhere alone. It looks like he is helping her, to those on the outside. Actually she is very isolated from family and has no friends. She used to be more sociable, but has become very anti-social over the years from lack of interaction with others. Very sad, and probably a rather common situation. She has completely lost her confidence in being able to do things for her herself.
