That's about right. They know that if they talked for more than ten minutes on the air that everyone would realize how shallow their party beliefs really are. Republicans don't have that problem.

People like sensationalism in journalism. The Democrats are too boring as they tell the truth. Some Republicans, especially neocons wouldn't know the truth if it jumped up and bit them in the butt. So they lie and that is far more interesting than the truth. It can be embellished and everything. The conservative hate mongers do a much better job of lying and spewing hate and that is what people with sick minds want to hear. It is like the National Enquirer. People read it for entertainment and some actually believe it. Those are poor sick souls that need to get a life or at least a grip on reality.

lefties are too busy getting baked, having out of wedlock sex, doing x and going to raves to listen to the radio about politics. they have plenty to say that's interesting, but most of it is hate America, Christians and anything that has an R in front its name. Jesus Christ could return and heal the world of all its ills, but if he was a Republican the lefties would crucify him again. Because they're so tollllllllllllllerant!

Because in the final analysis they come off as whacko as they are. It takes controversy to sell on Radio, no visual stimuli, so guys like Rush they are controversial but their opinions are way more mainstream than the controversy of the leftist

There is no one on the planet who's as far to the left as Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly, and Ann Coulter are to the right. The "liberal media" is nothing but a myth invented by these hatemongers to throw suspicion on any reporting that isn't biased to the far right. Today's liberals don't want communism or fascism; they just want to bring back moderation. Sadly, even "moderate" is a dirty word to the far right.

George soros is far worse then people like colter or hannity. they dont make it on radio simply because they have no substance to there arguements. the left wing blog sights attack DEMOCRATS for not being so far left. secular progressiveness' can only rely on hollywood actors and tv stations like nbc who have taken a turn to the left. this left wing immoral society push will fail because people dont like being spineless aka people like michael moore.

It's because they can't say what they really are for. They have to change their wording very carefully to fool people. In talk radio they would have to reveal their true thinking patterns which would doom them to failure.
