I have been to Las Vegas many times and dined at all classes of restaurants. For men, Nice jeans and a collared shirt are more than enough for almost all places. A nice pair of dress or casual shoes, no tennis shoes. For women, most wear a nice sundress or skirt, but jeans and a nice top would work. Most restaurants will accept you no matter what but prefer business casual. Its pretty much up to how you feel that evening.
Most clubs require a nicer getup. For men, no tennis shoes or boots. No torn jeans. No sports gear. Collared shirts or a blazer usually required. No hats. No boots.
For an explanation of all clubs and restaurants go to www.lasvegas.com. This site is very helpful.

It depends on where and what time you come here. In the winter it can be very cold so you will want to dress very warm, people don't think that it can get that cold here, but it does get down in the 20's sometimes. And in the summer it is killer hot, it can get over 115 degrees in the dead of summer, so shorts are the order of the day. As far as where you go depends on a lot of things. Some places like buffets you only have to dress causal, but at a nice steakhouse or nice nightclub you want to be dressed up very nice. But i just dress in shirts and a nice shirt everywhere i go for the most part.

Casual during the day. It is HOT. And dress to impress at night, especially if going out clubbing. If you're not dressed well, you won't get in. If you have a problem getting in and your staying at that hotel, talk to a pit boss or concierge. They will get you in when you explain the thousands of dollars you are losing at blackjack. LOL

You can pretty much get away with wearing anything or a little of nothing here...lol...just make sure you wear comfortable shoes for walking the strip. It also depends on the time of year. At the moment the temps are in the mid 80's which is very comfortable...by mid June it will be what we call 100 and stupid.

Dress down in the day and be casual, but if going to a hot restaurant dress the part. Besides you will probably go partying afterwards and you want to look as good as the dessert.

Casual... during the summer, wear comfortable clothes because its way too hot. But in the winter, you better bundle up... its extremely cold!
Other than that... if you're planning on going out to a club, just wear clubbing attire but most important, be comfortable :)

Depends on where you are going, anything goes in this town except cutoffs & tennis shoes. If you wear those they won't let you in to certain clubs & restaurants!!!!

Strictly casual. In the summer is is brutally hot. I was there once in September. It got up to 110 degrees in town and 120 degrees in the nearby desert. It was so hot, the air conditioner in my compact rental would not cool the car during the day.
