Haha.. I think so! I'm not positive, because if he was, he would never admit it. So it isn't something I can go and search the web for. If anyone does, they would just be wasting their time. So if anyone posts an answer and says yeah, I researched it. Well... it could be inaccurate since their are people who don't like Neyo and could just say crap about him. But I think he is, just by the way he sings, and how he acts so girly. But I am not sure, he might not be.. I dont really know. Sorry!!

Yes he is.He came out in the October issue of Essence magazine,but then he denied that he made the statement.
