The easiest way is to upload your pic to photobucket.com
It is a free site. You get the HTML code carry it to EDIT PROFILE and paste where you want it on your page.

If you're using a picture type website, such as GlitterGraphics or something like that, you may have to put the HTML in the message. The same goes for a photo hosting website, such as TinyPic and PhotoBucket.
