There are lawyers that will set-up payment plans for these types of situations. Best thing to do is look at criminal lawyer websites in your area and find out if they accept payment plans. Some of these types of attorneys will set-up payment plans for you. ThYou can do a google search for payment plans criminal lawyers. etc.You should be able to find an attorney willing to take your case.

Unless legal aid or the bar association can do something for you, most lawyers want their retainer up front.
