Could you give some evidence of this report? What 911 FBI report are you taking about? Is it the one that said Al Queda was planing to attack the US, possibly using commercial planes? What could She have done with that information? The only way to prevent the attack with the information they had would have been to ground all aircraft permanently. In a pre 9/11 world that would never have been considered.
