transfers happen? i couldnt figure it out and i need some help:(

Energy is transferred from a body of a higher energy to a body of lower energy.

Examples are: heat transfer from a hot to a cold substance

Transfer of kinetic energy when a bat strikes a ball.

There can be other examples also. Ask me separately if you need more specific help.

If we are talking plant photosynthesis and metabolism, then it's through an electron chain, if you talking mammallian metabolism that is also where electrons are passed along a series of complexes.
You'd have to be little more specific about the area your on about :)
