Yes, you can - but these days the probate court will set aside obviously inappropriate conditions.

Yep. People leave money to cats all the time. If she wants the money, smoke the stogies...I would. LOL

yes...its the deceased money that can do whatever they want with it....and if you don't want to smoke the cigar she leaves the money for someone else.

I think so, with some exceptions such as criminal behavior. The person would not be able to require you to assault your mother-in-law

Wills are legally binding and therefore beneficiaries have to abide by it or challenge it in court.
