Anything from the Michael W. Smith Worship or Worship Again albums. They are recorded from worship concerts and are very good. I was never a fan of his but I saw him do the song set from the Worship album a few summers ago and it was great.

Just about anything by Jennifer Knapp, she hasn't produced an album in several years but like scripture the songs are timeless.
