Is a sea star the same as a starfish?
I have to do a report on a starfish, but when doing research on the internet, it always comes up with "Buy starfish and sea stars now!"

Sea star and starfish are the same thing. I just did a dissection the other day of a starfish and can help you with any questions just post them on yahoo questions. Yes, sea star is the more proper name for starfish.
