so if I mix lemon juice Acid 2 on ph scale and windex a 12 ion the ph scale what would happen my mom won't let me try it

Other than some neutralization and an immeasurable amount of heat nothing would happen.

There is always a reaction with the mixture of an acid and base (alkyloid). Listen to your mother, in general, although these are not strong enough for a significant reaction. If you wan to test the reaction try the mixing of baking soda and vinegar. The reaction is instant froth and foam. Nothing dangerous, no damage no vapors.

If the heat of reaction is very high and if we don't take enough care, an explosion may result. If you take very small quantities (a few milliliters) of each and add one slowly to the other and keep shaking, the mixture would get hot but will not explode. Ask your science teacher to demonstrate if your mom will not allow you to do it at home.

Oh my gosh no no no. Never mix any chemicals! If you want a neutralization reaction than mix baking soda and vinagar for pete's sake.
