If this class is something you have been doing regularly for a while then it shouldn't be a problem to continue into your pregnancy. I worked out three days a week through my whole pregnance and even started labor at the gym. I would talk to your doctor just tobe safe though. Good luck and congrats.

I was told you can do exercise, what they worry of is you falling and hurting the fetus but I highly doubt if you're only a month pregnant that it could be harmed even if you did fall.
I worked out until the last week of my pregnancy, once you get bigger you just have to do moderate to light exercise, you're not supposed to get your heart rate higher than your BMI. They have a lot of pregnant work out videos.

everything i have read about pregnancy and exercise says that you can do whatever is comfortable for you.
i would just be more careful than usual b/c it wouldn't be good if you fell so watch your step.
my cousin is a health nut and she was running like a few miles on treadmill like 2 weeks b4 her baby came, but that's a little over the top though i think. he was and is really healthy though as far as i know.

They say that any exercise is okay.. One of my friends played that dance dance revolution game till she couldn't move fast enough for it ne more in her pregnancy.. Me i just walk constantly right now... The more exercise the better weight you are for losing the baby weight after and the stronger ur muscles are for pushing you're miracle out :)

you should be fine, maybe try taking it slightly easier so you don't get overheated, but any activity you have been doing before pregnancy (except horsebackriding or skydiving) is safe.
