It has a wireless cord that connects to the Linksys modem on my other computer. How do I get it back onto mine?

You need to reinstall your network drivers, if its wireless, then the drivers for your wireless card ir builtin wireless card,

If its a network cable, then you need the drivers for the onboard network card.
