You should already know the answer to that but I'll let you know.

Yes, Sunnyside (the 77051 zip code) in in the hundred year flood plain. But if you've noticed they've been renovating the bayou and improving drainage.

Even though they've worked on it some streets will still flood, Reed Rd. for example and Cullen headed toward 610 will flood with just a light rain.

But like I said they're increasing the drainage but some street will always flood.

I don't think so, I was trying to see how far you live from me, but I'm not really familiar with that area, the parts that mainly flood is the Northside, Pearland, Downtown, and those are the main one's i know bye :o)
