Well, dear, if he's got it in his head that he doesn't trust you there's not a thing you can do about it. It is how he percieves you, as untrustworthy.
If he's made it as far as being your husband he must know what he knows. If you try to appease his distrust he just sees it as you justifying being untrustworthy.
Tell him he can think whatever he wants to think. The bottom line is: You make the decision to be faithful or not, regardless of his opinion.

Well, if he is insecure, ask him what are his reasons for his insecurities? Are you very attractive? Do you draw lot's of attention from the opposite sex? Sometimes, men fear that another male will take his partner away because he maybe more attractive, or have more money. It can be a number of things.
Then again, what is he doing, that would make him feel guilty and tell you that you are cheating? You have to elaborate abit more, in other words, give more details into why he does not trust you.. Did this just happend recently? Or was he always like this.
Don't go over board trying to prove to him that you are not cheating, let him work out his own insecurities, with (some) help and love from you..but like i said (some) help..don't go doing all of the work..He loves you..let him earn it and your trust..it's on him!

You can't change his mental attitude towards you. You can affect it by having some deep meaningful and pointed talks and trying to figure out why he doesn't trust you. Perhaps couples therapy so a 3rd party can filter through the noise for you.
in the end it matters most what you feel. If you are leading an apropriate life and not giving him reason to question you then you shouldn't worry about his insecurity. If on the otherhand you are doing things that could be concidered questionable then you should stop doing them.

Just tell him that if he can produce concrete evidence that youve cheated on him, you will divorce him or do whatever, but if he cant then drop the idiotic idea and never ever bring it up again as youre just plain oletired of hearing his assinine remarks. That should be enough of that.

One usually can't trust anyone more than one can trust themselves. What is your husband hiding?
