OS= Windows XP. ( IE 6) I have PLENTY of free space, 85% free,(512 Ram) updates on video card(nVidia Vanta), etc... almost everything you can think to clean or check i have done.. Also, I keep getting viruses tho I have Trend Micro Anti-virus, Windows Firewall, YOP(for spyware)..I just cant accept that there is no way to get these settings configured so i can watch a simple music video via AT&T Yahoo, Myspace, You tube, avtually I cant get thru an single Video on any site w/out it stopping part way thru and eating up 100%CPU, it will eventually catch on but keeps on doing same thing over and over. My friend has AT&T Yahoo and she says she doesnt have any problems with IT so I assume its My Internet Settings, Or another type of setting....PLEASE HELP IM AT MY WITS END WITH THIS COMPUTER AND THIS INTERNET! How can I Do a system restore Without any disks that came with the computer?

Sound like your internet is the cause of the problem, this can be caused by virus chewing through your system resources, so I guess you are still infected, just that you can detect or see it.
