Today I walked into a public restroom with two stalls. My "usual" stall was occupied by someone doing something stinky, so I went to the stall right next door. Look I had to pee, and got all ready to do so, but the weirdness of having the guy right next to me made it so I couldn't get it out.
I packed up and went to another bathroom, where I had no problem relieving myself. What's going on here?

It's not uncommon. I have trouble using public restrooms, and there are no urinals in the girl's room.
