It's a tie between Brian and Stewie. I love how diabolical yet oddly childish Stewie is. It's like throwing a toddler and a tyrant in a blender and pouring the results over a set of encyclopedias. And Brian has got that same odd clash of character and seemingly flawed design. Political activist, cynical humorist, philosopher AND afraid of the vacuum cleaner? Comic genius, odd, but genius. ha ha ha ha. They really kinda compliment each other.
