There's pros and cons to both.
The USA is the only 'advanced' nation that continues to do this surgery, although it is becoming less popular. In some states it's as low as 14% already.

Various studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity since the head always rubs against everything. They've also found that it makes masturbation more difficult (probably the tighter the more difficult, since already-lubricated skin can't be used to rub the head with). Oddly, that's how it became popular in the 1800s, to prevent masturbation by Dr. Kellogg. Those studies are in the British Journal of Urology:

Circumcision is also painful.

A common benefit of circumcision is said to be easier to clean. In my experience, I'm uncircumcised and its no issue to keep it clean; you pull it back and rub the head. Takes five to ten seconds and feels good (it is the head...).
Some studies have said that circumcision supposedly reduces the chances of passing HIV, but those studies were African (where they have a hard time keeping clean) and when you compare advanced nations, like the USA and Europe, you'll see that uncircumcised Europe and Japan have lower HIV rates than mostly circumcised USA. That's using CIA statistics:
https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications/factbook/rankorder/2155rank.html
Other studies then went on to claim that circumcision reduces penile cancer, but the American Cancer Society already proved those wrong, too, as usual. (some European nations have lower rates than us; Europe doesn't circumcise)

The foreskin slides up and down during sex and masturbation to rub against the head, to stimulate it. It's already lubricated (the best example I can give is your eyelids; it feels the same inside and out).

Well, here are the risks of circumcision:

And if you research online, just make sure you check for sources. You'd be amazed to see how many sites provide baseless information. Personally I prefer cirp.org

ADVANTAGES OF BEING INTACT:
--Circumcision cuts WAY down on sexual enjoyment for the man due to loss of nerve-rich foreskin. A new study proves conclusively, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that circumcision decreases sensitivity for the man. http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06685.x
--Getting cut causes the glans (head) to develop a keratinized layer to protect from rubbing on clothing, further cutting sensation. Many cut men are unable to ejaculate during intercourse and have to finish by hand. Intact men can go all the way.
--nine out of ten women who have had both prefer intact penises: http://www.healthcentral.com/drdean/408/60750.html That's really pretty definitive.
--foreskin makes masturbation more fun - and better for your partner to play with.
--Circumcision can be very painful during the recovery period. Some guys say it isn't so bad, while others say it is the worst pain they have ever experienced.
--a cut penis looks kind of sad with that scar where the foreskin belongs. Uncut is much hotter looking.
--Circumcision has some chance of complications, as is true of any surgery.
ADVANTAGES OF BEING CUT: Circumcision has no advantages that are not fictional or only relevant in a few areas
--You can be just as clean if you are uncircumcised. Wash. It's THAT simple. Even if you're cut, you still need to wash.
--Recent reports from Africa say that circumcision reduces the risk of AIDS from unprotected hetrosexual activity. This has little relevance to areas of the world where condoms are cheap, readily available, and culturally acceptable. The US has the highest circumcision rate in the developed world and also the highest AIDS rate in that group. http://www.circinfo.org/hiv.html

There are various opinions. Some people will state that being circumcised will reduce sensitivity of the penis but that hasn't been substantiated. There have been studies in Africa, however, where men who are circumcised have a dramatically lower incidence of HIV and AIDS. There is also personal opinion, some prefer one, others the other. In the end, what matters is that either way you are comfortable with your penis, unless you're female and then it's not really all that important other than how your significant other feels about his penis.

Having no choice I was cut shortly after birth some years ago. I would prefer to be uncut feeling that is natural and way a man should be left.

It worse, because it is easier to get infected and harder to clean. Most men with uncircumsised penises already have some STD, however, on the plus side, it is easier to reach an orgasm wit ha uncurcumsised penis.
