You could also be watching too much TV or playing too many video games. And also make sure you eat healthy and get PLENTY of rest. You eye sounds like it is fine just a minor problem.

Generally, this is some sort of stress reaction, though you should be aware there are other possible medical causes. When I had a persistent twitch that would not go away, I tried many different things, and what ended up working for me was eliminating all caffeinated beverages from my diet (I still ate minimal amounts of chocolate - I didn't really even consider that). After a month of twitching, eliminating caffeine for a couple of days cleared it up, and it hasn't been an issue since.

They can be caused by lack of sleep, stress or dehydration. Start by drinking a extra glass of water, then try getting 8 hours of sleep the next couple of days. It usually goes away with a week or 2 if its longer consult your doctor.

My eye does that when I am really tired or very stressed. Sometimes if it is really dry it will do it until I put I drops in. Have you been stressed out or very tired lately? Maybe the change in weather has caused your eyes to be drier than normal.

Its just a muscle spasm, they can last for a few minutes or a few days. Its probably been brought on by the caffeine in the soda you've been drinking. Cut that out and it should settle down.
