If we always remove them anyway, why do we have them in the first place? I am looking for a scientific explanation for this

It's a leftover from the apes. Originally it's for warmth and protection, but slowly evolution is stripping us of our body hair. As mentioned above, it also has other purposes.

Lanugo hairs (the very fine transparent hairs that covers your body) probably don't have any purpose, except perhaps keeping a micro-climate around the skin to regulate the temperature.

All body hair Female or Male is for protection. The hair protects our skin from the elements, as well as other things. Actually, it would be in our best interest to just leave our body hair alone. But unfortunately society tells us to remove it. Unsure when this all began, but I wish it hadn't. Think of all the time we waste on hair removal.

I'm pretty sure you aren't designed to remove body hair.

They are created to keep "hairy" area warm and safe in the past when people don't wear something.

Today we have lots of clothes to wear so; we don't need any hear to make the area warm.so cut them all.
