King of Queens by a long long shot. Then Raymond. It's funny but he whines a bit too much sometimes. Friends was never really that funny, I thought!

Friends by far!!
Everybody loves Raymond is so badly written and old fashioned in it's comedy - it's all mother-in-law jokes, complete rubbish.
King of Queens is just plain boring and unfunny.
Friends has the best scripts and the actors always pull off great performances - also you actually like the characters.
