If you have a XP machine go to
Start
Run
Type msinfo32 press enter
you will see Total Physical Memory and Total Available Memory
I like this better the the others so I can see how much my system has to use and if I need more memory

I don't know how to tell exactly how much "memory" your pc has, but if you're curious as to how much space is left on your computer, simply bring up "My Computer", then left click on the "Local Disk" (which is usually the 'C:\' drive), click on properties and it will bring up a diagram of how much space is left and how much you have used.
I hope this helps!

Go to start, my computer, right click on C drive then choose properies and it will give you a pie graph. If you want to know the amount of Ram installed go to start, control panel, system and at the bottom of the first page it will show you the amount of Ram installed.

Go to

In the Control Panel window find the "System" icon and double click on it.

spaz841 meant capacity for your HD.
>> you can right click on my computer, then click properties, somebody said that, well, that's right.
>>if you have DirectX , click Start - Run; type dxdiag - that's quite more precise - tell's you how much is currently being used and your max (smiley! hehe)
