You have a very bad vacuum leak inside the booster, which is that big round thingy behind the master cylinder.
When ever you step on the brake, a valve opens allowing vacuum to "assist" your braking. The vacuum is confined by a large rubber diaphragm and for whatever reason it is has developed a leak.
.
Your engine uses vacuum to control spark advance and throttle position, so when ever the vacuum pressure drops your engine runs bad.
.
Since this occurs only when you step on the brake I know that the leak is after the actuation valve and is inside the booster.
.
The booster needs to be replaced.
.
You can double check me by plugging the hose that leads to the booster and then step on the brake. If the engine doesn't shake, then you know I am right.
