You dont have to have plans all the time. Sometimes Spontanious is a good thing

Not always, but it is really difficult to get somewhere if you don't even know where you want to go. It depends on your personality. At least a vague idea you must have.
My parents would say that it is very bad not to have a plan.

I think it's bad, as far as life plans go, yes. As far as plans for what you're going to do next week or where you'll be going to happy hour next...that's not bad to not know.

no worries in the near term, some plan is good for medium term, but a good plan is needed for long term

I use to think it was bad. Now I don't care. I work all week, I don't want my weekends jammed full of petty things to do. But at the same time, I hate spontaneity!
