wrong mix or time for some rings

It's time for a top end rebuild.
Piston & rings and possible cylinder.
2 strokes that foul plugs, is the first sign of top end damage.
There's not enough compression to fully burn the oil in the premix.
Do a compression test.
2 stroke engines can give false compression readings.
Remove the exhaust pipe and look in the exhaust port with a flash light and mirror.
Any scoring of the piston & cylinder wall, or dis-coloration below the rings, the engine will need to be repaired.

I would say your mix is wrong, if oil injected, turn it down, if you are mixing it try torco, it burns cleaner than any other I know of, and also make sure your plug is hot enough, see what stock is and go to next hotter, example NGK B8ES is stock go to a seven, run it hard then hit kill switch and coast to a stop, this will give you a good reference on plug color, should be brown, not black, not tan, not white, hope this helps.

gas-oil mixture should be about 32 or 40 to 1 , if this is correct, you need a top-end job, at least a re-ring
