If you have the room try a outdoor rated ceiling fan. the movement of the air keeps them away. Or if your cheap try a small osculating fan from the dollar store.

Go two stalls over and cover your neighbors car in sh1t. That will keep the flies away from your carport.

Go to Solutions, the catalog that sells home products.
They have screen sheets that you can stick up all around the edges to make temporary/instant screen in. I think they cost about 20 dollars.

bug repelliant such as off, bug zapper, or candles. Theres more (i think). Most regular stores like family dollar and other cheap stores like that sell it. You may also want to go to experts like the employee's at lowes.....i bet they know more than i do about this stuff.
