Are aliens real?

Aliens are not real, because there not. And if they were real they would come down to earth and destroy all of us in the world. So yeah there not!

The bottom line is, nobody knows (unless somebody out there definitively does know that aliens DO exist). There is absolutely no way to prove that they don't exist. Just because they don't "come down to earth and destroy all of us" isn't proof of their lack of existance -- perhaps they a.) are behind us technologically, b.) on par with us technologically and exist far enough away that arriving here (just as us arriving there) can't have happened yet, c.) peaceful enough to have no desire to destroy us, d.) biding their time, e.) hold some belief about observing us without interfering, or f.) some other unknown answer.

There is absolutely no way to know and no way to prove they do not exist, at this point. It's a big big universe and there's a lot we don't know -- I'm not saying they DO exist, just that there's no way to know they DON'T exist.

actually theres a secret agenda between the aliens and the militaries of the world, thats why is so secret because every goverment in the world is keeping it away from us. believe it or not our own US of A conducted treaties with these malevolent beings from space, these aliens are the best liers and can never keep their word, at any rate theres a war amongst these aliens and they have bases underground in our earth.

Yes, they are real, they have just been hovering over us for thousands of years, and this has been documented in art, the oldest about 29,000 years old, they havent killed us because they are studying us.
