Jimmy Carter rating foreign policy is a joke. Only diehard Liberals take this guy seriously anymore. That's why the mainstream media continues to put this guy on T.V. To tell you the truth, it's a little sad. He should just retire and go away. He has his opportunity and he blew it!

Carter is just letting an oozer into the wind and it certainly stinks. If GW thought Carter's OPINION made any difference, he would probably call old Jimmy and ask him for his input on these major decisions. The truth is, GW probably sees all the screw-ups that old Jimmy had when he WAS making the decisions and feels that he could not rely on old Jimmy's thought processes since he has had decades to load it with peanut butter and make it totally ridiculous.

Carter is a Nobel Peace Prize winner, a former U.S. President who virtually gave up his run for re-election to dedicate his efforts to the release of the Iran hostages, and a decent, humble man who has found something much more rewarding to do with his life than serve as a U.S. President.
George W. Bush will go down in history as the WORST U.S. President (to date) whose reckless economic policies bankrupted the U.S.A. and put American taxpayers TRILLIONS of dollars in debt (which will result in the worst economic depression in U.S. history shortly after Bush finally leaves office). Bush will go down in history as a bloodthirsty monster who put his own interests above that of the U.S.A. I'd say Carter's right! -RKO- 05/21/07

I haven't heard what Carter said on this matter, and while he wasn't the most sucessful President, he is very intelligent (which Bush is not).
Someone, wait, make that everyone, needs to be blasting Bush's foreign policy, as we're making enemies everywhere, spending billions of dollars, getting our sons and daughters in the military killed so that he and his oil buddies can get rich of the skyrocketing gas prices.
Bush needs to go, and anyone who blasts him deserves our thanks!

Jimmy hit the nail on the head. Too bad he bowed to pressure and retracked much of his statement.
In fact he was being kind. Bush is the greatest scar on this nations history.

The usual spew from a total moron. I am just recalling his wonderful duck and cover policy. Exactly how many days did Iran hold our citizens prisoner.
