only because I know of three young women who have had like
8 abortions each instead of going on birth control...and I think
it is sooo sad because I could only have one miracle child...

Using abortion in the way you outlined SHOULD be outlawed. Anyone who is that stupid and ignorant should mandatorily be sterilized or be legally required to use the implant or shot. But that's just MY opinion.
It is also my opinion that abortions should be allowed for only the following reasons:
- if the woman used RELIABLE birth control and still ended up pregnant.
- if the woman got pregnant because of rape or incest.
- if the woman's life is threatened by carrying the baby to term.
- if the baby would be delivered with severe birth defects or would be born dead.

I don't think it should be illegal to use abortion in that way...but I do think that there should be a regulation stating that after the 5th time (or around there) they should be sterilized. A little harsh?? Maybe but they obviously don't take responsibility for their own body...what makes them fit to be parents? I have gotten pregnant twice and have had still births twice...while even my sisters have had more abortions than you can count on one hand, then they had children who they did not care for or even raise.
They make you have a drivers license because you can take lives with a car...but there are no licenses for parenthood which destroys more innocent lives. Where's the justice?

Personally, I think women should be allowed one abortion per life time, with the execption of doucmented rape (police report on file). Another execption would be if carring the child to term would possible kill the mother and/or the child. Any thing over the limits, and while giving the second abortion they should go in and tie your tubes-when you can afford to have it undone, your responsable enough to have children. In a lot of states, if a couple is married and the man wants a vasectomy-he has to have the consent of his wife-however, I don't know any state where a woman has to have a man's premission to terminate a life.

Because of personal and religious beliefs, i think it should be made illegal. Even if you are raped, there is some couple out there that can't have children of their own, and would love that baby more than anything in this world. for those girls who have all these abortions for birth control, get fixed, you probably should never have kids.

abortion i think is just wrong b/c you are killing a living person your friends are being selfish they should accept the responsibility of there actions and have the baby b/c u should always know what you are getting into when you are having sex wait till marriage! hope this helped

I think that all abortion should be outlawed. To compromise, it should be illegal to get an abortion after the first tri-mester or if the mother's health would be in jeopardy.
