This sounds pretty good. The only thing you can do to make yourself more professional is to take a babysitting first aid class with the local Y, hospital, or community college and add that certification to your resume. This would be especially important with infants.
If you have your own transportation, that would be helpful information, too.

if the child is between 0-6 months they will want you to care in their home, i would leave that part out, also i have 5 children and would not hire a sitter without being first aid and child/infant CPR certified also a child care course under there belt, they will wont to know why you will not want to care for older children, you have chosen an age when the child cannot tell parents what is going on i think i would put any age and not take jobs of the age you do not prefer, it sounds suspicious, i am trying to be honest from a moms point of view, if you are serious about caring for kids contact local red cross and get certified in cpr and first aid

Parents should allways check references and meet them if possible to make sure just not relatives. Can not be too careful.
If you do not have many references, take babysit class and get certificate you can show people.
And if you babysit, let people know where you will be in case anythings happesn.

Its good but what is it special that you can offer that makes you stand out from other baby sitters ? May be you can say that you will spend quality time with the baby. playing, taking for walks. you get the idea?

I think it sounds great!! Just make sure you charge for the house cleaning, or at least have your rate a little higher for house work also.

it sounds great! i'd hire you if i had any kids...
just a thought...you may want to add something about arranging meetings with the parents before you watch their kids. some people may not feel comfortable hiring you if they haven't met you yet.
hope you get lots of business!
