I think I asked this question because it is obvious how polarized the country has become. I just wanted to know if voters spent any time weighing their choices after they made them or do we just hunker down further in our bi-partisan bunkers until the our choices pass into history.

I have mixed emotions about it. But, I think I pulled the wrong lever.

I feel as though I made a great choice. Had a dem been in office on 9-11 we would have fired a few missiles into the desert sand and backed off again. As Clinton did in response during his presidency. I truly believe history is going to show GwB as a great leader of the free world and it was through his love of this country and fellow Americans that he went to war with the Islamic Extremist and had the foresight and strength to put us in a position where we are on the offensive and not just sitting back and waiting for the next 3000+ American civilians to be slaughtered.
So I retort, how do you feel about voting for the Dem's in congress that now want to put our troops in harms way with their almost treasonous actions and orations echoing in our soldiers minds.

I understand why the rich elite voted for him, he obviously protects their financial interests.
What blows my mind is why the lower class voted for him....
he has only downgraded their quality of lives/wages and sends their kids to die for his money(not country).
Of course some people want to believe it's all wrapped up in red white and blue...
which goes to show that the failure of human perception to detect truth from lies runs healthily through America

I would vote for Bush again in a heartbeat if only to keep that socialist pig John Kerry out of the White House.

When I think of his opponent, I'd vote for him all over again. The Democrats dropped the ball with John Kerry. I voted against Kerry more rather than for Bush.

If a true conservative would have run, then W would not have been elected.

I voted for him and would do it again. The Dem's only seem to be able to nominate liberal candidates who have no chance of winning a significant amount of the right of center vote.
