All people were put on this earth, for what reason is left to religion. But since we have been here, are we saving the world or destroying it?

All people were put on this earth, for what reason is left to religion. But since we have been here, are we destroying it?

Destroying it, of course. Pollution, global warming, wars, terrorist acts, displacement of animals and wildlife, consumption of resources, etc. sorry I just don't have time to write them all

We've had a bit of impact on it, but we're not saving or destroying it. We're just making it harder for us to survive, ourselves, by destroying the current ecological balance. Trust me, if we're around for another few million years, the world will be fine. If we're wiped out tomorrow, the world will be fine.

Humans possess 2 things that no other creature of Earth have...the power to create & the power in free-will choice. We are young in our wisdom, ergo, we don't always choose to forego the lesser positive creations before employing them into our lifestyles.
The Earth never needed to be "saved"...let alone by us, who can hardly walk upon her without tripping over ourselves...however, we have effected it entirely by our lack of knowledge of how the whole of the organism functions, and constantly wanting to over-power its parts instead.
In our vigor for "progress", we negated to foresee, or foretell, the effects toward healthful survival...poisoning air, waters, soils, in process...we now reap what we have sown.

so far makind has only had a bad impact on the Earth. at times man has tried to fix his mistakes, but he is careless. one day he will mess up real bad and then that's when he will make things right

We are ruining the world. We were not put here to save the earth; we were not "put" here at all. we simpy evolved. and for centuries, we have been ruining it.
Even if you believe we were "put" here by God, we were suppossed to be STEWARDS to the land - that means caretakers, not destroyers

well josh we think we are helping our planet but we are reely distroying it because we are useing too much of our natural resources and the planet is useless if it doesnt have any natural resources
