I think I found the low side port, but I am not sure. I'm going to recharge the R134a and I **think** the low side port is on the driver's side next to the evp service port (green top) and connected to a large tube. The cap is a black rubber screw cap that has a hex on the top of it. Thank you.

Run the AC. The low side port will be the cold one. You shouldn't be adding 134 without a gauge on anyway. That would tell you if you were on the low pressure side.

The fact that you can't identify the low side port is the main reason you shouldn't be trying to recahrge you own a/c system. Do yourself a favor and take it to a shop. You'll be glad you did in the end.

all and sundry that asks the place to characteristic freon in a 1998, should not be servicing their very own automobile! They stopped advertising freon to the final public 15 years in the past AND your automobile does not use it!
