They went to plays at the amphitheater, philosophized with one another, had parties, ate food a lot, played sports, and had a lot of sex. In a way, the same things we do today, minus the television.

Ancient Creeks created what we know of as modern theatre, the Olympic Games, Phillosophy and realistic scuplture, food and drinks such as wine and cheese.

The ancient Greeks had a great deal of entertainment that was generaly non-violant and fit even for todays understanding and enjoyment.

The answer is very much the same things we do today.
