No woman should ever have to make that decision. If you are not ready to be a mother, YOU ARE NOT READY TO HAVE SEX!!!!!!
Of course there are people out there that say it is a NO in any case, but I think that is wrong also. If a woman gets raped by someone and ends up pregnant, what a horrible thing for her to live with and how would you explain to the child who its father is????? If you put the kid up for adoption, that can be a whole world of issues for him/her. Furthermore, imagine the horror of finding out your birth mother didn't want you because she was raped by someone, and that guy obviously didn't care either.

I, personally, could never do it however, it needs to be the choice of the woman & should never be used as a form of birth control!! There are many women that, being pregnant, could risk their own life or the woman could be addicted to drugs & the child could be born addicted or with deformaties or worse. I know of many women that should not have kids but, the thought of carrying a child for 9 months & then give it up for adoption is inconsievable. Abortion needs to be an option however, I think, there needs to be serious counseling beforehand so the woman can make an educated decision about it!
This is a very touchy subject & I congradulate you for taking it on w/ all sides of the issue!!!

I"m totally against it...there is no reason at all that a women should get an abortion....that child has a reason to live no matter what....and i can't stand this "women's rights" what about the child no one ever thinks what the child wants or take into consideration the child....this child is a miracle...and if its aborted it will never run..laugh..play..see ...feel a mothers hug...nothing...why would someone want to do that to an innocent child....
I know ppl say they would do it if they were raped...but still that child is human and deserves to live....give it up for adoption.....don't kill something so precious....

I'm not crazy about it. But what right do I have to say. The person who makes that choice knows more than any of us. Taking a life is taking a life, no matter what the circumstances. But we don't know the circumstances that bring someone to the point where it has to happen. This is not a question anyone who has not singed the release forms can answer.

Personally, I am a 19yr old female and I am for it. Its OK to get one as long as you're not using it as birth control. I have never had one, but if I were to get pregnant between now and lets says, mid-to-late 20's, I would defiantly get one. I don't know if I EVER want kids and if I DO decide to have them, I want it to be at a time in my life when I will be stable enough to support them.

Pro choice. I've heard arguments from both sides. Pro choice is much more convincing.

i think tthat is the right of every woman to have a child or not
in addition to that i think that it is a much bigger crime to bring a child to life that
his parents dont want it
they cannot support it financially
they are not mature enough to raise it

Pro life. If you're going to have sex, it's your own fault if you get pregnant. Why punish the baby?
