It probably isn't worth much more than $5 dollars considering you can get a new 1GB for about $20 now.

If it's any help to you, I just bought a handful of 256MB USB relay drives (brand new) at an electronics store for $5 each. They were Kingston Data Travellers.

It would be hard to sell it on eBay for more than $5 because people can get 1-4GB USB flash drives in the same price range.

go to www.ariapc.co.uk you'll do much better for your money
in this day and age 256mb isnt much in the way of storage its about 1/3 of cd content or www.nextag.com if in the usa
