If you get married to your fiance ,and find out that his divorce was not final from his previous marriage, Does that mean your marriage is consider void till the divorce is final?. Do you have to marry him again, because the first marriage to him was consider void!?

A person must be legally divorced before marrying another person. If they divorce isn't legal than any marriage during their current one is going to be void.

Your marriage isn't legal, and that is grounds for an annulment. He has committed a crime by being married to two women at the same time. Find a family law attorney, it's a pretty easy thing to have your marriage reversed, as if it never happened.

In the United States I believe that would be true. The person with two marriages would likely face criminal charges for polygamy if this was discovered.

Yip, and personally I wouldn't marry him again because he obviously lied to you. Think about it before you decide to spend the rest of your life wondering what other little white lies he has hidden.
