How do you get into the window mechanism inside the rear passenger door on a 1986 Mercedes 300E?

OK Duh. I know I have to take the door panl off. I guess I should have asked How do you get the door panel off? I've tugged and pulled around the edges, asand I don't want to break or snap anything off Is there a good technique?
