Four and a few days. Since each week has 7 days but a month has 28 (February), 30 (April, June, September and November) and 31 (January, March, May, July, August, October and December) days. Even the whole year has 365 days that is 52 weeks and a day. A leap year has one more day, so 52 weeks and 2 days.
So, unless you make your months all exactly 28 days, you can't have regular multiples of weeks.

take the number of days in that particular month (28, 29, 30, or 31) and divide it by 7 to get full weeks in that month.

Let's see...
There are 365.242199 days in a year.
Divide that by 7 to get 52.177457 weeks in a year.
Divide that by 12 to find that there are, on average, 4.34812141(6) week in a month.
(A number in parentheses is a repeating decimal.)
