I agree with inhere82. Different regions of the country have differing pay schedules for journeyman electricians. Best way to find out is to look in your local yellow pages for electrical contractors and give them a call. They would be happy to quote an hourly rate. I would guess hourly rates to start @ $35.00 per hour and up, depending on the level of work you need to have done.

try your local electricians they would be cheap. most of them charge call out on top of the hourly rate. make sure how much you are paying befor you call them out. around £50

A journeyman about forty-five an hour, a master about fifty, this is without travel time and eats. Some of these guys insist on eats and a place to sleep if it goes over night. They are good though.
