in pokemon diamond is there a trainer with a tangela? cuz i need to see one to finish my pokedex.?

You don't need to see a Tangela to complete your pokedex, Tangela and its evolution are part of the national dex. To see a Wormadam, I think a trainer in eterna forest has one...or somewhere else.
