At times, I don't get angry enough...
There is no excuse for violence. However, there is also no excuse for victimization. If a situation is upsetting, I confront it appropriately. This does not mean stooping to the perpetrator’s level...but instead I communicate proactively from a place of empowerment.
Sometimes in favor of peace, quite or reputation...I overlook inexcusable behavior. The repercussions of my unexpressed emotions will see the light another day. And any behavior that expresses more than meets the eye...appears irrational.
As for my craziness—just last Saturday I smashed six unopened bottles of very expensive champagne.
Demanding, drunks irk me...

It is interesting. I can get so angry that I briefly lose control, curse, and hit or throw things. It happens very, very rarely, but I'd be lying to deny that it happens. Usually it means I am really tired or stressed out. Here is the thing: it ONLY happens with little things, and never with people. For example, if I hit my elbow just right (you know what I'm talking about!) on the corner of a table, I am liable to kick the table in anger. The dumbest thing I ever did was to throw my glasses into the kitchen from the living room, go into the kitchen, stomp on the glasses, and then throw them back into the living room. But I never, ever get that angry at a person. Ever. I don't even get that angry at objects if people are around. It is interesting to me, because the control I have over my anger in social situations suggests some kind of ability to command it, yet I totally seem to lose it sometimes with inanimate objects. I've been like that since I was a kid. That said, my acknowledgement of the problem has resulted in increased ability to avoid it. People are strange. I'm no different.

i try not to get angry cause i know it doesn't solve anything and usually u will end up doing things u will regret and if u stop and think it through, u usually r better off. they always say the 10 second rule, but i have found to take my mind off the matter and think of something else more pleasant or happy, and while this is not easy, CONTROL is the key and this doesn't end up as most people that feel even worse from how they acted than usually what the problem was to begin with all the best

Plenty. really, really, angry. I mean pissed off. I mean evil. Pound the sh*t out of them to get them to cooperate, and that's just the girls. When I'm really, really, really, mad, I have been forced to have a cup of tea, and talk down to full grown men. That or shoot them. Shooting them is preferrable to havingl them shoot you. Boy I just hate it, when I'm just hopping mad and somebody shoots me. What's the fun in that. Remember when throwing a fit didn't land you in the ward with all the other nuts. Not these days, just run thru the house with sissors and bam, your doing 30 days for adjustment. Hold your breath till your blue, bam, in the nut house. Being really angry just don't have the same old thrill.

Sometimes I get so angry until I pull myself together and go lie down and sleep it off. A person will not do nothing crazy if they stay conscious of their anger and not conscious of it after the fact. Also anger will cease if someone is around that can help control that moment of your anger.

Anger is a resulting emotion. We don't get angry unless we have experienced an previous emotion. Example I'm angry because you embarrassed me, or I'm angry because you lied. Anger is spurred on by other emotions, we just don't become angry. We first have a different emotion then anger.

I get angry enough to rip your head off... but I don't. I don't just go around angry and full of rage. I channel it into positive things but I will tell you... if I feel threatened or if you step too far out of line... this Scorpio will sting!

i don't get angry easily, but when i do watch out. you have to do something pretty bad to piss me off. i just do a lot of yelling and cussing. a few times i have broken stuff. i've been in a few fights too, but those were unavoidable situations.

that acutally is good for you so that you get your emotions out instead of bottling them all up inside of you/.
