I mean you are basically saying "Hey, you are do-able." And you prob wouldn't or shouldn't say that, at least not to a stranger . Thoughts?

The conversation, what was said before, the over all subject matter, all has to do with the meaning!
Does the word SEXY not mean small waist line, full breast, healthy legs, beautiful smile?
Do females prefer to be thought of as Pretty or Sexy? Too, why do the female dye her hair so many different colors? Why does she ware nearly nothing clothes? What is the purpose on Make-Up, lip Stick, eye color, and painted on clothes?
Why are more and more females trying to show more and more of their bodies in public?
What do they mean when they say a male is HOT?
It seems as though more females are dressing, dancing or doing what ever, to make the male dream about or wish that they had her in bed with them!
In reality, the female does not have to do anything to make the male notice her!
Nature made it so that EVER male sees EVERY female that comes into his line of vision! All she has to do is go out side and she will be dreamed about, desired, wanted and wished for by more males than she could ever handled in a life time! The same is true with males. Nature made it that way!
SEXY? You bet! All Females are SEXY to SOME MALE! and that SOME is in the billions! The reverse is true for Males.
Actually, should we think of YOU as being pretty or SEXY!
I am will to bet that YOU are very SEXY to look at! Should I add, ONLY"?

No it isn't rude because usually when someone is calling someone sexy, they're meaning it in a good way, as a compliment...
I call guys sexy and I don't even HAVE sex yet (waiting 'til marriage) . So I'd be pretty pissed if a guy calles me rude for referring to him as sexy...

ther's a million ways to tell someone there attractive. do you really want to tell halle berry she's sexy? how original is that. i feel better telling someone who doesn't think there sexy but really are.

no its a compliment now it would be really rude if i just went up to some chick and damn you sho is ugly and just laughed in her face, being called sexy is a compliment to me
