I like them all, I would have to say that Oak Ridge Boys come first with me (love Elvira) and Statler Brothers in close second (love their Counting Flowers on The Wall).

Oh yes The Statlers! I like the rest as well. I have to say I don't care for the new country and in fact don't listen anymore. I listen to classic country or Classic rock. Have you seen these in concert? I have and when The Oak Ridge Boys sang Elvira and the bass singer went Uum bop maa maa the vibration nearly burst my ears! WHEW!

You just can't beat the harmony the Statler Brothers had in "Elizabeth". A beautiful song.

Gosh, i admire the Statlers yet I could desire to bypass with THE GATLIN BROTHERS. there is no longer something extra advantageous than sibling unity. Yeah, i understand 2 of the Statlers are brothers and subsequently this question became confusing. This became a brilliant question.

They are all awsome, but ALABAMA
is my very favorite. (My home state as well).
Also not mentioned, SHENNANDOAH another great group from Alabama. My daughter had the opportunity to interview Mike McGuire last year. I got to tag along and meet him, his brother & mom. Very nice people.
The T.V. station that my daughter works for took my picture with Mike. I am so proud of it, since I saw them in the Midwest in several concerts and couldn't get near them for autographs back then.

i'm sooo happy i have found a friend( i hope) who loves classic country like i do.......dang.that IS a tuff one.....ok....the statlers...i love all thier songs...remember when they had their tv show? i liked the part when they remembered when.....ok and the gatlins....wow...gives me chills....BUT...ALABAMA..now those are my boys.
