Yes...been in one of those...they used me to fire everyone and then laid me off in return because they took off with all the money and folded the company

No. Change is a good thing. If you're competent at your job, you shouldn't need to worry. Maybe you'll be moved somewhere better for your skill set. Or maybe you won't, but you'll get new coworkers. Sounds exciting to me...
