In Texas, Instead of crowning 10 Champions, should we have Div 1 champ vs 2 champ play for the state title?

Southlake Carroll and Ceder HIll would have been an awesome game last year.

Yes I think that is a good idea all Div 1 team play and all Div 2 teams play.
